As a group of experienced and licensed Tour Escorts, we strive to meet tourists’ needs providing them full assistance during the holiday.

  • Costs for the service in Italy

    For bookings between 08:00 and 20:00:

      • Full Day (between 4 and 8 hours): 275,00 Euros.
      • Half Day (up to 4 hours): 135,00 Euros.

    For bookings between 20:01 and 08:00:

      • Full Day (between 4 and 8 hours): 351,00 Euros.
      • Half Day (up to 4 hours): 175,00 Euros.

    On public holidays the aforementioned hourly rates are increased by 25%.

    Should the services need to be provided for more than 8 hours per day, an hourly rate increased by 15% over the applicable base rate will be applied to the excess hours.

    Outside Rome, in addition to the sums above indicated, the client will also bear the costs for the trip, the accommodation in a single room with bathroom and meals of the Tour Escort.

  • Costs for the service outside Italy

    For bookings between 08:00 and 20:00:

      • Full Day (between 4 and 8 hours): 312,00 Euros.
      • Half Day (up to 4 hours): 195,00 Euros.

    For bookings between 20:01 and 08:00:

      • Full Day (between 4 and 8 hours): 350,00 Euros.
      • Half Day (up to 4 hours): 250,00 Euros.

    On public holidays the aforementioned hourly rates are increased by 20%.

    Should the services need to be provided for more than 8 hours per day, an hourly rate increased by 15% over the applicable base rate will be applied to the excess hours.

    Outside Rome, in addition to the sums above indicated, the client will also bear the costs for the trip, the accommodation in a single room with bathroom and meals of the Tour Escort.

  • Other services and allowances

    The amounts indicated below refer only to the Tour Escort’s compensation, and do not include the costs of transportation for the tour nor the costs necessary to the Tour Escort to reach and/or return from the meeting point if the visits begin or end outside of the municipality of Rome.

    For bookings between 08:00 and 20:00:

    • 90,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the railway stations up to a maximum of 2 hours.
    • 135,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports up to a maximum of 3 hours.
    • 240,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the port of Civitavecchia up to a maximum of 4 hours.

    For bookings between 20:01 and 07:00:

    • 115,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the railway stations up to a maximum of 2 hours.
    • 175,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports up to a maximum of 3 hours.
    • 310,00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the port of Civitavecchia up to a maximum of 4 hours.

    If the meal is not provided free of charge, an allowance will be due for each meal for a FD, also in the city of Rome, equal to 35.00 Euros per meal.

    In case of services provided at times when shuttle buses or trains to and from the airports are not available, a surcharge equal to the cost of the taxi service will be applied.

    Please note: The Tour Escort does not perform porterage functions and is therefore not required to handle clients’ luggage.

    This service can only be provided upon express request from the client or the agency (in the case of groups). In any case, the actual provision of the service is subject to confirmation and depends exclusively on the escort’s willingness to perform the service.

    In this case, the luggage loading/unloading service will cost:

    • Small groups (up to 4 people): 2,00 Euros per client for each luggage loading or unloading; for example, for an airport/hotel transfer of 5 people, in addition to the basic service fee, a fee of 2.00 Euros x 2 x 5 will be charged, for a total of 20,00 Euros.
    • Groups of 5 to 10 people: 1,50 Euros per client for each luggage loading or unloading; Consequently, for a group of 9 people, the cost charged to the agency will be 1,50 Euros x 2 x 9, for a total of 27,00 Euros.
    • Groups of 11 people or more: 1,00 Euros per customer for each loading or unloading of luggage; therefore, assuming a group of 27 people, the cost charged to the agency will be 1,00 Euros x 2 x 27, equal to 54,00 Euros.

  • Customer responsibility

    Please be punctual (the team is on the clock from the moment we agree to meet). If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so at least within one week before the tour starts without any charge.

    If the customer fails to show up without the aforementioned notice, unless there are causes of force majeure not attributable to the customer, the entire agreed sum for the service will be charged in addition to any additional costs already incurred (for example, tickets entry or transportation costs).

  • Book the service in advance

    Millions of tourists visit Rome (and Italy) every year! Therefore, we strongly recommend that you book the service in advance, possibly at the time you organize your trip.

    A surcharge of 30% will be applied in case of last-minute bookings, within 48 hours.

    To book a Tour Escort, a 25 Euros deposit is required.

  • Here are some examples of services offered by our Tour Escorts:

    • Your Tour Escort is responsible for accompanying and assisting you throughout the entire journey or stay in Rome, including with services such as transportation, accommodations and recreational activities.
    • They will do their best to ensure that your tour runs smoothly having a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
    • If requested, the Tour Escort may assist on multi-day tours that involve traveling between multiple destinations.
    • They coordinate your booked services (tourist guides, golf cars, whispers, and so on)
    • While traveling by bus or shuttle or walking, your Tour Escort will illustrate some characteristics of the area and general historical facts that can facilitate understanding of the specific context/museum/attraction that you are about to visit through the booked guide.
    • They look after you, addressing issues and solving problems that may arise during your trip/stay.
