As a group of experienced and licensed Tour Escorts, we strive to meet tourists’ needs providing them full assistance during the holiday.
Costs for the base service
For bookings within the metropolitan area of Rome. Escort services and hospitality desk:
> Full Day (between 4 and 8 hours): 210,00 Euros
> Half Day (up to 4 hours): 135,00 Euros
Extra charge
Prices are increased of:
> 60.00 Euros for daily services (max 8 hours) provided outside Italy
> In case of multi-day tours outside of Rome, the client will also bear the costs associated to the Tour Escort for the trip, the accommodation in a single room with bathroom and meals).
> 60.00 Euros for each hour exceeding those included in the basic fee.
> 30% of the basic fee for services provided between 8.00 pm and 7.00 am.
> 20% for services provided on public holidays.
Other cases
The amounts indicated below refer only to the Tour Escort’s compensation, and do not include the costs of transportation for the tour nor those necessary to the Tour Escort to reach the meeting point, or to return, if the visits begin or end outside of the municipality of Rome.
> 90.00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the railway stations up to a maximum of 2 hours.
> 135.00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport up to a maximum of 3 hours
> 180.00 Euros for the transfer only to and/or from the port of Civitavecchia up to a maximum of 4 hours.
Meal allowance for full-day (or in any case lasting more than 4 hours) services in Rome: 35.00 Euros for each meal.
Customer responsibility
Please be punctual (the team is on the clock from the moment we agree to meet). If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so at least within one week before the tour starts without any charge.
Finally, customers who fail to show up will be billed 50% of the estimated cost related to the length of time the service was booked.
Book the service in advance!
Millions of tourists visit Rome (and Italy) every year! Therefore, we strongly recommend that you book the service in advance, possibly at the time you organize your trip.
A surcharge of 30% will be applied in case of last-minute bookings, within 48 hours
To book a Tour Escort, a 25 Euros deposit is required.
Here are some examples of services offered by our Tour Escorts:
1. Your Tour Escort is responsible for accompanying and assisting you throughout the entire journey or stay in Rome, including with services such as transportation, accommodations and recreational activities.
2. They will do their best to ensure that your tour runs smoothly having a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
3. If requested, the Tour Escort may assist on multi-day tours that involve traveling between multiple destinations.
4. They coordinate your booked services (tourist guides, golf cars, whispers, and so on)
5. While traveling by bus or shuttle or walking, your Tour Escort will illustrate some characteristics of the area and general historical facts that can facilitate understanding of the specific context/museum/attraction that you are about to visit through the booked guide.
6. They look after you, addressing issues and solving problems that may arise during your trip/stay.
7. To summarize, you may have several guides throughout your travel, but only one Tour Escort that will take care of you!
