Trastevere Food Tour
Across the Tiber, away from the crowds around the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain, is a Trastevere neighborhood. It’s a more bohemian neighborhood that still honors its working-class roots with traditional trattorias, pubs, and artisan shops.
The evening passeggiata in Trastevere is one of the city’s best, with young Romans enjoying an “apericena” , a combination of aperitivo (cocktails with snacks, similar to Spanish tapas) and dinner. Our Trastevere Food Tour starts at 6 pm and meanders through the district to sample the best bites at both old and new restaurants, from antipasto to dessert.
