It\u2019s a more bohemian neighborhood that still honors its working-class roots with traditional trattorias, pubs, and artisan shops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evening passeggiata in Trastevere is one of the city\u2019s best, with young Romans enjoying an \u201capericena\u201d , a combination of aperitivo (cocktails with snacks, similar to Spanish tapas) and dinner. Our Trastevere Food Tour starts at 6 pm and meanders through the district to sample the best bites at both old and new restaurants, from antipasto to dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image
